here is where the biggest part of your content can go. i dunno what you wanna put here... i guess you could also use it for iframe pages? i think that could be cool.

even if the box is tiny, u can always change the sizes to fit your needs :D !!

also, it has overflow auto so u can fill it as much as u want.
